Amanda Arritt has closed 76 sales across Buckhead, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Smyrna and Atlanta, with recent transactions ranging from $627,500 to $2.7M. She left a career as a pension actuary to build this one on purpose, and treats every listing and every offer with the same plan of action.

Amanda Arritt was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, a small college town she describes as the place "Norman Rockwell would have wanted to draw." She attended Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, drawn by a campus environment that reminded her of home, and graduated with a BA in Math and Economics.
Her first career was as a pension actuary. The math fit; the isolation didn't. After switching employers and lines of business five times in five years chasing more human interaction, she sat down, pictured where she wanted to be, and put her own house on the market the next day. A few weeks later she was in real estate pre-licensing class. Her home sold. She got her license. She quit her job.
That decision is now 22 years and 76 closed sales old. Amanda works as a Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, and Property Manager with Atlanta Fine Homes | Sotheby's International Realty, based at 3290 Northside Parkway NW, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30327. Her own words: "I have a set plan of action for each listing which is presented at the time the listing is taken. My goal is to be the agent for each of my clients who is deserving of being called the best agent ever."
